Sunitha is an M.Sc. Clinical Psychology graduate from CMR University, driven by a deep passion for education, inclusion, and human development. With over nine years of teaching experience, she has dedicated her career to empowering the neurodiverse population through compassion, structured learning, and innovative teaching practices.

Beginning her journey as a class teacher, she quickly grew into the role of coordinator and mentor, guiding both students and educators across various developmental levels. Her expertise spans academic instruction, life skills training, money management, and digital literacy, helping children gain the confidence and independence they deserve.
Beyond classroom teaching, she has spent nearly a decade engaging in parent interaction, counselling, and family guidance, bridging the gap between home and school to create supportive ecosystems for growth.

Her unwavering passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs — along with her vision to extend care, education, and empowerment to other underserved communities — led to the creation of the SUNFLAKS Foundation. Through this initiative, she continues to inspire inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunity for all.
